Luke-Dorf Services in Supportive Housing Project

Agency: Luke-Dorf, Inc.

RMC Research evaluated a 5-year housing and integrated dual disorders treatment project implemented by Luke-Dorf, Inc., a mental health services provider in Oregon, and funded by the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s Center for Mental Health Services. The Services in Supportive Housing project provides access to housing, integrated mental health and substance abuse treatment (IDDT), and other supportive services to chronically homeless individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders. The evaluation included fidelity of implementation, data entry of National Outcome Measures, and analysis of longitudinal outcomes related to mental health and substance use symptoms, housing retention, and contact with criminal justice systems.
