RMC Research began its ongoing large-scale national evaluation of the Alliance for a Healthier Generation’s Healthy Schools Program in 2007. The American Heart Association and the William J. Clinton Foundation founded the Alliance for a Healthier Generation in 2005, and the Healthy Schools Program is one of its several initiatives to reduce the prevalence of childhood obesity.
