RMC Research is conducting an evaluation of Making Mathematical Reasoning Explicit, a Mathematics and Science Partnership project funded by the National Science Foundation and led by Washington State University and the University of Idaho. Making Mathematical Reasoning Explicit is developing a cadre of school- and district-based teacher leaders in rural districts in central and eastern Washington and northern Idaho to provide professional development that results in improved student achievement as demonstrated by improved mathematics student achievement and completion of advanced secondary mathematics courses.

The Annenberg Foundation awarded Oregon Public Broadcasting a 1-year contract in fall 2013 to create Essential Lens: Analyzing Photographs Across the Curriculum. Essential Lens is a multidisciplinary resource for social science and science teachers that includes a website, videos, photographic analysis tasks, rights-cleared photo collections, photo archives, and interactive tools.
