Dawn is a Research Associate at RMC Research and is highly skilled in logistics and data management, online survey development, project management, qualitative research, quantitative data analysis, and reporting. Dawn contributes to multiple evaluations which have included Arizona and Missouri Learn and Serve, Immersive Jewish Service-Learning, Junior Achievement Academy, NASA funded JUNO educational outreach project and Cassini Scientist for a Day Contest, Nebraska TEAMS, Nevada School Improvement, Noyce Mathematics Fellows TeachDETROIT, Raising Highly Capable Kids, University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s Strengthen Transitions into Engineering Program (STEP), University of Nebraska at Omaha Noyce, and Youth Service America’s Disney Friends for Change and State Farm Good Neighbor. She has served as a reviewer for high-profile educational awards such as National Blue Ribbon Schools and The Broad Foundation Prize. Dawn has strong interview and observational skills and has conducted interviews and/or focus groups with various education stakeholders including administrators, community partners, non-instructional staff, parents, program staff, students, and teachers. She has also observed classrooms, professional development sessions, and program sessions. Dawn received her BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver and her MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. She is an active member of the National Board of Certified Counselors.
