RMC Research provides consultative services for education agencies and organizations to assist them in identifying a systematic problem-solving process, addressing immediate concerns, and building capacity. We are a national leader in professional development, program implementation, technical assistance, and program research/evaluation. RMC Researchers work with the Federal, State, and Local Education Departments, as well as national and local clients who serve schools, families, and communities providing the following services:
Our services range from a single workshop to full courses, to services offered by a medley of different professional development providers and varying widely with respect to the philosophy, content, and format of the learning experiences. Some examples of our approaches to professional development include case studies, focus groups, coaching, and communities of practice.
Our team provides systematic assessments of processes or outcomes of educational programs with the intent of furthering their development and improvement. We foster a collaborative process in which evaluators work closely with program staff to craft and implement an evaluation design that is responsive to the needs of the program. Our evaluators provide cumulative and summative evaluation findings, often required by funding agencies and used to make decisions about program continuation or expansion.
