The general administrative and accounting (G&A) staff uses a job cost accounting system which is in compliance with CAS (Cost Accounting Standards). The corporate cost accounting system distinguishes among all projects/contracts within the company. The Department of Education is the cognizant audit agency for RMC Research and performs reviews of RMC Research’s direct accounting and indirect cost allocations.
The human resource office oversees the framework that provides human resource solutions based on HR best practices for our high performing workforce. This framework ensures that we recruit, train and retain our most valued assets-our employees.
